Fixed Income Sales Intern

The candidate will be involved in the daily activities of the sales team dedicated to Financial Institutions and Corporate customers within Fixed income markets with specific focus on G3 rates related products. The intern will have the opportunity to learn about the dynamics of the primary and secondary market of Government bonds, Linear and non-linear derivatives as well as repoes. Always working alongside the various members of the team, the candidate will interface with other areas of the bank, in Italy and abroad, and with other entities of the group. It will also support sales in the management of primary orders as well as in the preparation of ad hoc secondary proposals based on customer needs. The candidate will be incentivized to perform relative value analysis and produce ideas to discuss with clients. S/He will also provide support for the production of presentations and statistical analysis. Training objectives Understand the characteristics of the bond market and develop relational skills with the various players in the financial markets. Specialist and IT skills Excellent familiarity with Office tools (Excel and Power Point in particular). Knowledge of Bloomberg is a plus. Personal characteristics The particularly dynamic activity of markets, the close contact with international teams and the various topics addressed every day, require a good knowledge of the English language, excellent quantitative, relational and stress resistance skills. Career and further information Undergraduates and recent graduates of Master degree courses in Economics/Finance Starting date: January 2026
