Established in 2016, The Attico is rooted in the complementary personalities of its creative directors and an idea of multiplicity as feminine strength.RETAIL MANAGER Having opened its first retail store in 2025 in Ibiza, the Attico is looking for an enthusiastic retail manager to drive the growth our retail channel. The role is based in Milan and requires a proven experience in designer/luxury retail management, with an omnichannel perspective, and experience in opening new retail point of sales.Reporting to the commercial director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset. You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and retail merchandising of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism.Ideally starting early 2026.Requirements: · 3 to 5 years of retail management experience, in the fashion/ luxury industry· Strong reporting & analytical skills· Attention to details and able to multitask· Ability to work in autonomy· Problem solving, use of own initiative and drive· Team player· Fluent English is a must, 2 nd language preferredJob description The retail manager oversees the retail network, setting strategic and financial goals, ensuring sales performance aligns with brand objectives, while implementing and coordinating regional store teams to drive consistent execution and growth.· Retail development o Global retail strategy development and implementationo Location scouting & lease negotiationo P&L and business plan for new openingso New openings roadmapo Coordination / project management, with architecture / store plannero In store retail team scouting and recruitment process· Retail operations o Stock control and optimisationo In store operational process optimization initiativeso Omnichannel operations coordination and alignmento Returns process management and improvemento Retail IT system optimizationo Branded material purchasing and logistics (including uniforms)o Store maintenance and vendor relationship managemento Management of store retail teams, including tracking of rotas· Retail merchandising o Seasonal buying and assortment strategyo Product performance analysiso Seasonal markdown planningo Product presentation coordination and alignmento Inventory & stock rotation monitoringo Implementations of VM guidelines
