Company DescriptionAt MSX International, we're looking for an Automotive Aftersales & Parts Performance Consultant to work directly with dealer networks across Northern Italy, helping them improve parts sales performance, optimize processes, and accelerate business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in automotive aftersales, parts sales, dealership operations, or dealer network development who are looking to take the next step into a client-facing consulting role.
Job Description
As a trusted advisor to our dealer network, you will: Conduct dealer performance reviews and identify growth opportunitiesAnalyze parts sales performance and operational processesDevelop practical action plans to improve resultsCoach dealer management teams and parts departmentsSupport the implementation of best practices across dealershipsMonitor performance improvements and provide ongoing guidanceIdentify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer retentionCollaborate with automotive manufacturers and dealership stakeholdersQualifications 1-3 years of experience in: Automotive AftersalesParts SalesDealer Network DevelopmentService OperationsAutomotive Consulting Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Fluent Italian and good English Willingness to travel extensively across Northern ItalyAdditional Information90% Field based job throughout Northern ItalyWorking pattern: Monday to Friday Work with leading automotive brands Develop your consulting and business analysis skills Extensive exposure to dealer network operations Career growth opportunities within a global automotive consultancy Competitive salary (28,000
