Siamo alla ricerca di un Consulente Aziendale / Project Manager dedicato alla linea SBG, che affiancherà imprenditori con fatturato fino a 10 milioni di euro.La figura sarà il braccio destro operativo dell'imprenditore, con il compito di:guidare l'implementazione della strategia;analizzare e interpretare i numeri aziendali;supportare la strutturazione organizzativa e dei processi.Responsabilità principaliGestione end-to-end dei progetti di crescita aziendaleResponsabilità della customer satisfaction, della relazione con il cliente e della delivery del servizio SBGAnalisi finanziaria: controllo di gestione, budget, riclassificazione di bilancioStrutturazione organizzativa: organigrammi, ruoli, processi e procedureConsulenza su strategie di sviluppo e miglioramento dei processi aziendaliSupporto nella gestione del cambiamento organizzativoElaborazione di business plan e analisi di fattibilitàMonitoraggio e valutazione dell'andamento dei progettiSupporto nella definizione di un posizionamento differenziante e di una strategia comunicativa efficaceSupporto nel lancio e/o ottimizzazione di prodotti e serviziCompetenze richiesteAnalisi finanziaria avanzataCapacità di "far parlare i numeri": riclassificazione di bilancio, pianificazione budget, analisi del Conto Economico previsionale.Business Modeling & StrategyPadronanza di strumenti come Business Model Canvas, Analisi SWOT e definizione del posizionamento strategico.ProceduralizzazioneCapacità di trasformare l'operatività in asset aziendali tramite diagrammi di flusso e S. O. P. (Standard Operating Procedures).Standing e credibilitàCapacità di comunicare efficacemente con titolari di PMI.Requisiti genericiAlmeno 5 anni nella consulenza aziendaleProvenienza obbligatoria dalla consulenza strategica o direzionaleUtilizzo avanzato di Excel e Power PointConoscenza della Google SuiteFormazioneLaurea Magistrale in Economia o Ingegneria GestionaleCertificazioni: non obbligatorie, ma titolo preferenziale formazione in coaching, metodologie Agile o OKROfferta
