Overview
As Senior Product Manager at Satispay, you will own a core product domain (payments, credit, investing, cards, or merchant solutions) and transform it into a simple, engaging experience for millions. You'll guide the roadmap end-to-end, balancing regulatory complexity with user-friendly design and compliance collaboration. You will lead user research and iterate with design and engineering to deliver measurable impact on activation, adoption, and revenue. This role offers the chance to shape scalable fintech products within a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

Responsabilità
- Own the product roadmap end-to-end for your domain, from opportunity sizing to shipped features, guided by data and user research
- Navigate regulatory and technical complexity to keep the user experience simple
- Collaborate closely with compliance, legal, and risk teams given the regulated nature of financial products
- Conduct ongoing user research (interviews, usability tests, support tickets) and translate insights into product decisions
- Define specs and work with design and engineering to ship and iterate based on data
- Track and own core KPIs (activation, adoption, volumes/revenue) and report results transparently
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech/paytech or consumer-facing scale-ups
- Exposure to regulated products (payments, lending, investing, insurance) or related technical/operational complexity
- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer or B2B financial products
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytics to validate hypotheses
- User-centric focus with emphasis on direct user feedback and research
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with designers and engineers
