Overview
In this role you act as an HR partner and sparring advisor for managers within the Pharma & Food Application division. You shape HR policies, support recruitment, development and offboarding, and guide labor relations in an international matrix environment. You will work closely with management to drive organization development and HR projects that support performance and well-being. This position offers the chance to influence people strategies at scale in a global engineering context.

Responsabilità
- Sparring partner and coach for management at tactical and strategic level
- HR development and co-design of HR policies and instruments
- Negotiation, execution and checkup of work agreements and CAO, and internal policies
- Support management with recruitment (onboarding), employee development and offboarding
- Education, development and career planning
- Development and application of working conditions
- Organization development
- Execution of global HR projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in HR Management (or MSc) with 10 years' HR experience
- Hands-on mentality and comfortable with operational dynamics
- Experience in engineering/technical environment and international matrix or global production settings
- High integrity and open communication
- Experience with labor relations and solid understanding of the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO)
- Structured, analytical, proactive with initiative
- Excellent Italian and English (C1-C2)
