As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you'll help support and enhance Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), especially Blue Yonder, while developing both your technical and operational skills. You'll work closely with senior team members on system configuration, service management processes, requirement gathering, and testing enhancements. If you're curious, motivated, and excited about supply chain technology, this could be your perfect next step.What you'll doWorking alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gradually take ownership of tasks such as:• Assisting in analyzing client requirements and helping create tailored solutions • Supporting proposals, gathering data for estimates, and showcasing system capabilities • Partnering with project managers during system implementations or upgrades • Supporting system configuration, contributing to implementation plans, and assisting with user training • Helping create functional specifications for enhancements, fixes, and new features • Participating in process and data modeling • Supporting integrated quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing • Assisting in training power users and providing basic configuration support • Helping resolve data-related issues in logistics information systems, especially Blue Yonder WMSWhat you need to succeedWe're looking for curious, proactive candidates who want to grow. You should bring: • Exposure to Blue Yonder WMS or another Warehouse Management System — through project work or operating at a Key/Super user level • Basic SQL skills or willingness to develop them • Interest in logistics technology, warehouse operations, or supply chain systems • A desire to learn more about information systems, databases, system configuration, and WMS functionality • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with both technical and operational teamsNice to have (but not required)• Experience with Oracle SQL • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder WMS configurations, testing, or support • Familiarity with logistics applications such as TMS or parcel systems • Understanding of systems development or project methodologies
