We are expanding our legal team in Italy and we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join us in Milan. Learn more about us at www.ecoprime.orgThe RoleAs part of the legal team, you will provide comprehensive legal support across a broad range of activities, contributing to the company's business and operational objectives. Your responsibilities will include:Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts, including EPC, O&M, SPA, NDA, employment, consulting, procurement, and intra-group agreements, as well as term sheets, memoranda, and legal correspondence.· Coordinating with external counsel to ensure the effective management and resolution of judicial, arbitration, or administrative proceedings, including providing instructions, reviewing advice, and overseeing the quality and cost-efficiency of external legal services.Advising internal departments on legal queries and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.Supporting M&A transactions, project financing, post-closing activities, and corporate matters for the corporate group and its managed assets.Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, corporate governance standards.Carrying out company secretarial duties.Collaborating transversally with colleagues across the company to achieve business goals.What We're Looking ForLaw degree2 years' experience in the energy, regulatory, or commercial department of a top-tier law firm, ideally combined with in-house experience (experience in renewable energy is a plus).Fluency in English is essential; German would be an advantage.Skills & Mindset:Proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative approachStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join ecoprime?Impactful work: Be part of the renewable energy transition and contribute to sustainable projects that matter.Culture & Values: Join a diverse, innovative, and collaborative company that values excellence, teamwork and commitment and cares about work–life balance.Growth & Learning: Work in an international, multidisciplinary environment where you can develop both professionally and personally.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
