IMPATIA is looking for a curious, creative, and digitally fluent intern to join our team for a one-year internship, supporting our social media, marketing, and AI-driven communication activities.This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, contemporary culture, and digital storytelling, and eager to explore how AI tools can enhance brand communication, content creation, and strategy.What you'll doSupport the planning and creation of content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and others)Assist in content writing and visual storytelling, in line with IMPATIA's brand identityExplore and test AI tools for content creation, image/video editing, analytics, and workflow optimizationHelp manage editorial calendars, campaigns, and launchesSupport marketing activities related to events, fairs, collaborations, and product launchesMonitor performance and trends to help refine communication strategiesWho we're looking forA student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Design, Media, or related fieldsStrong interest in social media, digital marketing, and emerging technologies (AI)Creative mindset with a good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytellingConfident with digital tools; familiarity with AI platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plusGood writing skills in English (Italian is a plus)Organized, proactive, and eager to learnWhat we offerA hands-on internship within an international luxury design brandDirect involvement in real projects, campaigns, and product launchesExposure to design, architecture, and contemporary lifestyle industriesThe opportunity to grow skills at the intersection of creativity, technology, and brandingIf you're excited about the future of communication and want to be part of a brand where design and play meet, we'd love to hear from you.
