Joining us means growing, learning, and shaping excellence together.ABOUT THE ROLEThere is a new opportunity within our Marketing team: we are looking for a professional who will support the CMO and the BRG Group's global team in operational management and in coordinating key marketing projects, with a particular focus on events, content, campaigns, and product launches.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:overseeing the daily activities of the marketing team (3 people);managing the development of content and communication campaigns (shootings, videos, marketing materials) in collaboration with external creative agencies;supervising the creation of presentations, brochures, catalogues, and materials supporting product launches;coordinating events, trade fairs, and brand activations at both national and international level;acting as a point of reference for new products, working closely with all company departments;coordinating media and PR activities in the relevant markets;working closely with BRG Group teams to ensure alignment on messages, projects, and timelines;monitoring project progress, allocated budgets, and key KPIs, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU HAVE:a degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields;at least 5 years of experience in structured marketing roles, preferably within multinational companies;experience in event organization and in managing multi-stakeholder projects;the ability to confidently coordinate agencies, suppliers, and internal teams;strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (minimum C1 level in both);knowledge of an additional language beyond Italian and English (considered a plus);a detail-oriented, flexible, and collaborative mindset.WHY JOIN US?
