Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Private Equity Analyst, based in Rome or Milan with the possibility of partial remote work. Responsibilities include analyzing investment opportunities, performing financial modeling, conducting industry research, and supporting due diligence processes. The Analyst is expected to prepare autonomously investment analyses and presentations, monitoring portfolio performance, and collaborating with team members to screen investment opportunities and activielt particiapate in investment process. Travelling and flexibility are required. QualificationsStrong expertise in Investments and Private EquityProficiency in Financial Modeling and analytical competenciesSolid understanding of Finance principlesExceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and research abilitiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fieldAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis toolsAbility to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholdersWork experience (3-5 years) in private equity, investment banking, or a related field is preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to work independently or within a team
