We have a great work environment, positive vibe and collaborative energy.Benefits:Growing company with long-term visionInternational and passionate teamA unique culinary and cultural project rooted in local traditionClose collaboration with teams across countriesABOUT THE ROLEAs Cooking Class Lead & Culinary Experience Manager - Bologna, you will be responsible for leading and delivering our signature pasta cooking experience in Bologna.You will be the reference person for the cooking class operation, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth coordination between people, ingredients, and the operational team.You will not only guide guests through the art of handmade pasta, but also play a key role in organizing the experience behind the scenes and supporting the growth of the project.You willLead a 3-hour cooking class (+ approx. 1 extra hour for preparation, organization, and final cleaning/order).Guide guests step by step in the preparation of fresh pasta (no professional chef performance required - guidance and experience-focused).Manage inventory and control of all products and materials used during the cooking classes.Coordinate, support, and manage communication with two additional cooking class instructors.Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience aligned with Tours and the City standards.Collaborate closely with the Barcelona operational team, sharing updates, needs, and feedback.You areFluent in English & ItalianComfortable leading groups and interacting with international guests.Organized, reliable, and proactive.Have strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork.A passionate entertainerAligned with a people-first, experience-driven philosophy.Have previous experience delivering cooking classes or similar culinary / experiential activities.What you will receiveHands-on training with the tagliatelle expert par excellence from Emilia-Romagna (Bologna region).A stable role within a growing tourism company.The opportunity to lead and shape one of our key culinary experiences.**Note that as the experience takes place in Bologna, you must be based in Bologna, Italy.**This role will require to be freelance (Partita IVA)READY TO JOIN US?If you are excited about the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, people-centered company, we'd love to hear from you
