Collaborerai con team interni, fornitori esterni e vendor per garantire un servizio di comunicazione sicuro, efficiente e ad alta disponibilità.Responsabilità principaliGestione operativa e amministrativa della piattaforma email (Exchange Online, EOP)Configurazione e manutenzione di domini, caselle, alias, gruppi e policy emailImplementazione e gestione di sistemi di cifratura email (es. SEPPmail, S/MIME)Gestione dei gateway di posta e flussi SMTP (routing, sicurezza, DNS, firewall)Coordinamento delle attività di release/change management su infrastruttura M365Supporto di secondo e terzo livello, monitoraggio proattivo e troubleshootingProduzione di documentazione tecnica, manuali operativi e knowledge baseRequisitiLaurea/diploma in ambito informatico o titolo equivalenteEsperienza pluriennale nella gestione di infrastrutture M365 / Exchange OnlineCompetenze solide in cifratura email, gateway e sicurezza (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)Esperienza in ambienti ibridi, configurazione di routing, DNS e protocolli SMTPConoscenza base di networking (TCP/IP, firewall, DNS)Attitudine analitica, precisione e orientamento al servizioOttime capacità comunicative e di collaborazioneConoscenza fluente di tedesco e inglese (livello C)Cosa offriamo?Collaborazione su progetto internazionale di lungo termine (100% remoto)Contesto enterprise in ambito assicurativo, altamente strutturatoPossibilità di lavorare da remoto all'interno dell'UE o in SvizzeraSupporto continuo e onboarding con team internazionaleContratto a tempo indeterminato o collaborazione freelanceThe world needs youAdentis Italia promuove una cultura inclusiva e paritaria.
