As our European energy business continues to grow, we are looking for a Fulfilment Representative to take ownership of customer fulfilment after contract signature, ensuring successful delivery, operational adoption, revenue realisation, and long-term customer outcomes.
Role Purpose
The Fulfilment Representative is the business owner of customer fulfilment after contract signature. The role is accountable for translating contractual commitments into successful delivery, operational adoption, revenue realisation, and measurable customer outcomes. Working closely with account, solution, engineering, service, logistics, finance, and partner teams, the Fulfilment Representative owns the customer journey from Purchase Order through delivery, go-live, operational stabilisation, and ongoing performance governance.
Key Responsibilities
1.End-to-End Delivery Ownership
- Own the customer fulfilment lifecycle from Purchase Order through project completion, operational acceptance, and stabilisation.
- Develop and execute fulfilment plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Manage project timeline, cost, quality, resources, and key delivery dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance, and external partners.
- Drive deployment readiness, go-live execution, and successful operational handover.
2.Contract Execution and Revenue Realisation
- Ensure contractual commitments, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are fully executed.
- Align delivery progress with invoicing and contractual payment milestones.
- Support or own accounts receivable follow-up, payment collection, and cash flow realisation according to local role scope.
- Identify commercial and financial risks that may affect revenue recognition or collection and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of delivery status, acceptance, invoicing, and outstanding obligations.
3.Customer Success and Operational Performance
- Act as the key operational interface between customers and internal delivery teams.
- Own post-go-live operational performance and customer fulfilment outcomes.
- Lead KPI, SLA, and service performance reviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate customer onboarding, training, operational engagement, and adoption activities.
- Monitor account health, customer satisfaction, and value realisation, and support long-term partnership development.
4.Governance, Risk and Escalation
- Identify delivery, operational, contractual, and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish appropriate governance routines, status reviews, and escalation pathways.
- Provide clear project and operational reporting to customers, management, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive accountability across workstreams and ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Lead issue resolution and maintain transparency until risks and escalations are closed.
5.Strategic and Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Representatives or Sales teams to support customer retention and growth.
- Partner with Solution and Technical teams to ensure the intended solution is successfully realised in operation.
- Provide structured field feedback to improve future solution design, deployment models, and customer processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of fulfilment governance, delivery standards, and operational excellence.
6.Key Success Measures
- On-time, on-quality, and on-budget project delivery.
- Accurate contract execution and operational acceptance.
- Revenue realisation, timely invoicing, and cash collection performance.
- Customer satisfaction, account health, and adoption of delivered solutions.

Candidate Profile
Professional Experience
- Experience in project management, project delivery, fulfilment management, customer operations, account management, or a related role.
- Experience in EV charging, energy, mobility, electrical infrastructure, or wider infrastructure sectors is preferred.
