Join us.The Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Manager plays a pivotal role in optimizing revenue, profitability, and commercial effectiveness across the Italian market. Acting as a strategic bridge between Finance and Sales, the role requires a strong analytical mindset, business acumen, and the ability to provide objective, fact-based recommendations. The RGM Manager ensures full visibility on margins, price realization, customer investments, and overall growth levers, supporting the General Manager in shaping long-term strategy.KEY RESPONSABILITIESRevenue & Profitability AnalysisLead comprehensive margin analysis at product, channel, and customer level.Track and optimize price realization, mix impact, and promotional effectiveness.Identify margin improvement opportunities and partner with Sales and Finance to define action plans.Customer Investment & Spend AnalysisAnalyze customer spend allocation, including trade terms, promotional budgets, and discounts.Develop ROI models to evaluate customer-specific programs and investments.Provide clear insights on spend efficiency and recommend reallocations to maximize profitability.RGM Strategy & GovernanceBuild and maintain pricing and promotional frameworks aligned with corporate RGM guidelines.Support the definition and implementation of pricing strategies, pack-price architecture, and value growth initiatives.Monitor competitive pricing and market dynamics to anticipate risks and opportunities.Portfolio & Mix ManagementEvaluate product portfolio performance in terms of profitability, rotations, product role, and competitive positioning.Recommend actions to optimize product mix, including innovation, renovation, and rationalization.Work with Marketing on value-based product development and pipeline planning.Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as a super partes advisor between Finance and Sales, ensuring alignment on financial targets and commercial priorities.Partner with Sales to strengthen customer negotiation capabilities by providing fact-based insights.Collaborate with Marketing on innovation pricing, portfolio strategy, and forecast assumptions.Reporting & ToolsDevelop and oversee RGM dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools.Ensure accurate and timely reporting to local General Management and regional teams.Guide and mentor the Commercial Analyst, fostering strong analytical capabilities within the team.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSBachelor's or master's degree in engineering or economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Commercial Analysis, or Pricing (preferably in Consumer Health, FMCG, or related sectors).Strong analytical skills and solid understanding of P&L drivers.Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English and Italian.Proficiency with Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling.KEY COMPETENCIESStrategic thinking and business acumenObjective, data-driven decision-makingStrong cross-functional influence skillsAttention to detail and results orientationAbility to balance commercial pragmatism and financial rigorPlace of work: Milan, Via Melchiorre Gioia 70, Milan (MI)The search is open to both male and female candidates (Legislative Decree No. 198/2006) and in compliance with the provisions of Article 10 of Legislative Decree No. 276/2003."Pursuant to Articles 13 and 23 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, express consent to the processing of personal data is required.
