We're Banger Studio – an independent creative agency making content that stands out, connects, and gets shared. We work with brands, artists, and media companies to create things that don't just fill the feed – they make noise.Now we're looking for a freelance Account Manager to support us on a project basis. Someone who's quick, smart, organized, and knows how to make both teams and clients feel in good hands.What you'll do:Manage client communication and expectations with clarity and care.Coordinate teams, creatives, and timelines – from kickoff to delivery.Translate creative chaos into well-structured plans and to-do lists.Keep projects on track, on time, and on budget.Work closely with our internal producers and creative leads to make things happen.What you bring:2+ years of experience as an account or project manager in a creative/digital setting.Ability to jump into fast-moving projects and get up to speed quickly.Impeccable organizational skills and proactive mindset.You're calm under pressure, good with people, and always solution-oriented.Fluent in both Italian and English (C1)What we offer:Creative and exciting projects with top-tier clients.A collaborative, human, and no-BS team.Flexibility and room to bring your own approach.
