The role combines statutory compliance with proactive business partnering to support both operational and strategic objectives.Manage statutory, tax, and US GAAP reporting for the legal entityLead audits, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain strong internal controlsOversee cash flow, treasury activitiesDrive budgeting, forecasting, and legal entity performance analysisQualificationsDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in legal entity finance, preferably in manufacturingFluent English; German and/or Italian a plus.Experience in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and complianceAnalytical, structured, and business‐oriented mindset
