Given our continued growth, we are strengthening and expanding our team with people who share the same values as our company: AMBITION, POSITIVITY, DYNAMISM, and a DESIRE TO TAKE ON NEW CHALLENGES—all within a constantly evolving organization where human relationships always come first.Position: Process Engineer – Oil & Gas (Milan)Role DescriptionFor an important opportunity in Milan, we are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably gained in structured and international environments.The candidate will join the process engineering team and will be involved in the development, analysis, and optimization of complex processes related to industrial plants.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and development of process flow diagrams (PFD, P&ID).Sizing and specification of process equipment (heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, columns, etc.).Execution of process calculations, and mass and energy balances.Technical support in the selection of materials and technologies.Interface with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, piping, HSE).Technical assistance during procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.Verification of compliance with regulations, international standards, and industry best practices.RequirementsDegree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.Solid experience in the Oil & Gas sector, ideally with EPC contractors or international engineering firms.Excellent knowledge of process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, PRO/II).Knowledge of international standards and codes (API, ASME, ISO).Good command of English, both written and spoken.Team-oriented attitude and strong problem-solving skills.Work location: MilanThe world needs youAGAP2 is an equal opportunities employer: we believe that all forms of diversity are a source of mutual enrichment.
