We are looking for a brilliant Senior Buyer reporting to the Lead Buyer Indirect. The role is responsible for negotiating and purchasing of new assets, services and equipment ensuring the agreed technical specifications, budget requirements and delivery dates.Please note that recruitment for this position will take place on a rolling basis, meaning that should the ideal candidate be identified the vacancy will be closed. Should you be interested in the role, we encourage you to promptly apply by sending your updated CV and a brief motivation letter highlighting funded projects managed (program, role, budget); measurable results achieved (funds secured, audits passed, process improvements) and tools and methodologies used.Accountabilities:Purchasing goods based on the company investments program and in agreement with the budget owner's departmentWorking closely with finance, factory, production & IT depts. to ensure that the products are purchased respecting the technical requirements, timetable and containing costsNegotiating the terms of supply contracts, based on the asset type, including prices payment agreement, warranties and after sales conditionsEntering into an a customized contractsAlways working in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department/team/sponsorsProviding flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projectsWhat matters for this role:Three to five years purchasing experience, preferably on indirect goods and servicesProficient with English, both written and spokenGood knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood communication ability with the external suppliersResilience and ability to work under pressureSolid decision making and negotiating skillsTeam playing skills with a "can do" attitudeWhat we offer: Working in a young, collaborative and international environment.Tailored training.Company Events / Briefings.On site Gym.Bonus scheme.Annual salary review process.Meal TicketsFree additional health insurance
