Open to EU candidates.The Candidate:The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary post-production specialist with a strong background in editing long-form and short-form video content, including multi-cam and podcast formats. They bring a sharp eye for storytelling, pacing, and branding—capable of turning raw footage into polished, platform-optimized content across YouTube, podcasts, and social channels.They are fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition, with experience in color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, and thumbnail design. This candidate is comfortable behind the camera as well, capturing both vertical and traditional formats on-site with DSLR/mirrorless and mobile devices and guiding talent under the direction of the Post-production manager.With strong creative instincts and a collaborative mindset, they take feedback constructively and know how to navigate ambiguity while upholding brand consistency.
