As an Ambassador of the House, you will actively contribute to the proper functioning of the stores in the Italy and Greece network. You report to the Retail Operations Manager of the area.

Job Description
ASSIGNMENTOperational support to stores: Management of Brandon, Sopedi ordering systems and supply ordersEnsures a budgetary follow-up of the orders of the shops in connection with the retail activity (drinks, stationery, supplies)Accompaniment of the arrival of new joiners (telephone, business card, uniform) in relation with the HR team and the admin assistantsSending periodic reports to storesFollow up and support the store network on Omnichannel activitiesFollow up and support the store network on After sale activitiesTraining on new policies and guidelines for front and back of houseSupport and follow-up with annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of spaceCoordinate with HQ and OM to launch and implement new tolls and special projectsMonitoring and ranking of department store rankingsAccording to the Manager, guarantee his/her presence in the store to ensure operational complianceManagement of any other operational request in a "service and solution oriented" approachOne-off or recurring projects (examples, non-exhaustive list):Seasonal distribution of uniforms to stores, or consolidation of orders for the upcoming seasonImplementation upon request of reports and analysis about all related Operations activitiesUnder manger's supervision, coordinate all the activities related to new openings and seasonal opening/closureAssistantship: Logistics support (booking flights, hotels, meeting rooms) for Retail events (training, seminars, missions, etc.)PROFILEGood communication, facilitator, interpersonal skills and team spiritOrganizational capacity, autonomy, and rigor Mastery of English and the Office PackKnowledge of Retail (retail experience in any external environment in selective distribution)Sensitivity to products and fashion cultureDynamism, responsiveness, versatility and priority managementLook for solutions and maintain a positive attitude in all circumstancesWHAT
