The resource will be responsible for cost monitoring and for supporting the economic planning of initiatives in the digital domain, collaborating closely with operational and finance teamsKey ResponsibilitiesManage the budget for digital and data-related initiativesContinuously monitor costs, forecast, and budget vs actual variancesProduce regular reporting and variance analysisUse ServiceNow for activity planning and trackingExtract and validate actuals from SAPSupport project teams with accurate cost allocation and forecastingAct as a point of contact with Finance and PMO for periodic alignmentRequired Skills & Experience4–5 years of experience in Controlling, Budgeting, or Cost MonitoringStrong understanding of Budget Tracking, Cost Control, and ForecastingHands-on experience with ServiceNow for planning and workflow managementGood knowledge of SAP for data extraction and reconciliationExperience in digital/data-driven environments (preferred)Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsLanguage RequirementsItalian: mandatoryEnglish: mandatorySpanish: a plusSoft SkillsHigh attention to detailStrong analytical and reporting skillsAbility to work independently with tight deadlinesExcellent communication and coordination capabilities
