Scopo della posizioneIndividuare le criticità, e tramite feedback ottenuti nella gestione diretta delle garanzia, indicare le soluzioni tecniche , riportandole nelle sedi di competenza (Engineering, PM..).Garantire l'accrescimento delle competenza tecnica sul prodotto con lo scopo di rispondere al Cliente.Responsabilità PrimarieE' responsabile della gestione del cliente dopo delivery dell' imbarcazioni assegnate.Presa in carico e valutazione delle richieste e delle eventuali problematiche dichiarate dal Cliente che si presentano a bordo.Individua e selezione il service cui affidare i lavori e si assicura che sia il più idoneo per l'esecuzione dei lavori.Gestisce operativamente la creazione di avvisi di non conformità riportando alla qualità e alla produzione le criticità rilevate a bordo.Partecipazione alla definizione degli accantonamenti per budget garanzia delle nuove imbarcazioni finalizzato all'analisi del trend di costo.Inserimento di ordini di lavoro su SAP e assicura l'avanzamento contabile fatture lavori.Verifica costantemente l'actual dei costi di garanzia vs il budget delle imbarcazioni assegnate.Fornire supporto tecnico informativo agli utenti delle imbarcazioni e si adopera per la risoluzione di problematiche particolari riscontrate a bordo e/o per lo studio di customizzazioni richieste dall'armatore, coordinandosi con Project manager, Engineering, personale di produzione e squadra banchina.Valuta periodicamente il service fornito dal dealer in funzione della corresponsione delle fees.Manutenta le anagrafiche dati clienti, comandanti, fornitori, imbarcazioni nel sistema gestionale (Lavagna/SAP).Relazioni interneInterazione con tutti gli uffici, in particolare con Ferretti Group AMAS ed anche con: ufficio commerciale Emea e Amas, contabilità, engineering, acquisti, logistica, magazzino ricambi e magazzini produzione, project managers. Call center, Controllo di gestione, con il personale di produzione, direttori di plant, collaudi, APAC After Sales and ServicesRelazioni esterneFornitori, Armatori, Capitani e Tecnici specializzatiRiporta aBrand Product Supervisor.
