This is a strategic and hands-on role partnering with country leadership to drive people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations excellence.Location: Milan, ItalyWork model: Hybrid (2 days in office)Contract: 6 monthsIn this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the Country Leader and Leadership Team, providing expert HR guidance across organizational design, employee relations, labor law, and change management.
