Satellite Office has stood for sophisticated workspaces in Europe's most prestigious locations for over 28 years.With the opening of our Cordusio location in the heart of Milan, we are entering the Italian market for the first time.For this important milestone, we are looking for dedicated talents who are ready to shape premium service and exceptional work environments with us.Start: from April 2026Your RoleDelivering an exceptional, high-end welcome experience for clients and guestsManaging client move-ins and move-outs with a high level of autonomy and discretionHandling incoming calls with professionalism, accuracy and warmth, including call routing and detailed call notesProcessing incoming and outgoing client correspondence with care and confidentialityPerforming general administrative and secretarial duties, as well as providing comprehensive executive support when requiredCoordinating and booking premium meeting spaces for clients and guestsPreparing and following up on meeting rooms to ensure a flawless experienceEnsuring continuous office readiness and maintaining the impeccable appearance of the center during daily operationsMonitoring, maintaining and ordering inventory in line with luxury service standardsMaintaining accurate data records and preparing reports in accordance with internal quality requirementsYour ProfileSuccessfully completed vocational training in hospitality, event management or office administrationExcellent Italian language skills (C1/C2) and strong English proficiency (B2 or higher); basic German skills are an advantageConfident user of IT systems, particularly Outlook, MS Office and ExcelA service-minded personality with a refined sense of style, aesthetics and designOutstanding multitasking abilities and the composure to perform under pressureA polished, open-minded and welcoming presence, aligned with a business-casual luxury environmentWhat We OfferAn attractive compensation package, with the option after one year of service to choose between a performance bonus or additional benefits (holiday and Christmas bonuses)Standard benefits including subsidies for public transport and meals, premium hot and cold beverages, and fresh fruitStructured working hours with predominantly free weekends and public holidaysProfessional development opportunities within a growing, ambitious and quality-driven companyExcellent public transport connectionsAnnual company and team eventsAnd above all: the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team in a premium business environment
