PLANT MANAGER | BIOGASLocation: Emilia-Romagna, ItalyContract: Permanent, Full-timeA long-term owner and operator of renewable energy assets is hiring two Plant Managers to support its growing biogas portfolio in Northern Italy. Each Plant Manager will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of two biogas plants.This is a fully operational, on-site role focused on safety, availability, and stable plant performance.ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of biogas plantsEnsure compliance with HSE and local regulationsSupervise on-site teams, including shift coordination and holidaysMonitor plant performance and availabilityTroubleshoot minor operational issues and escalate complex faultsCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenanceManage local procurement and operational purchasingAct as the main on-site operational contactBackgroundExperience operating biogas, biomethane, CHP, or industrial process plantsPractical mechanical or electrical exposureComfortable in a hands-on, site-based roleEnglish preferred but not mandatoryPackageCompetitive base salary10% bonusCompany car€8 per day meal vouchersTwo days hybrid working
