The company also serves as a clinical translation platform, collaborating with international research centers to bring cutting-edge, science-backed innovations into the field of healthy aging.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role in Solongevity Clinic for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Milan. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front office operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence. Key responsibilities will also include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Organization and attention to detail are essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of front desk activities.QualificationsProficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette, ensuring efficient handling of communication and front desk operationsClerical Skills for managing records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks effectivelyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team membersOrganizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentFluency in Italian is required; knowledge of other languages for our international clientelePrevious experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred, but we prize capabilities and attitude above allAttitudeWe are seeking proactive individuals with strong teamwork skills and the ability to multitask. We are looking for candidates who are motivated by a young environment and eager to learn, within a culture based on respect and care for others.
