This strategic role will be key to driving financial and operational efficiency in a dynamic industrial environment.What will you do?Key Responsibilities:- Act as a strategic partner to the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain).- Translate financial data into operational insights to influence decision-making.- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve profitability.- Monitor operational performance and provide financial insights on production, labor utilization, and waste.- Manage daily financial operations including cost accounting, inventory control, and fixed asset management.- Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.- Collaborate with operations and supply chain to develop cost models aligned with production volumes and efficiency targets.Who are we looking for?- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing finance role, ideally within FMCG or food production.- Strong ERP knowledge (SAP, hyperion).- Advanced Excel/ Bi skills.- Fluent in English and Spanish.What do we offer?- Flexible compensation.- Free canteen.- Amazon product discount.- Pension plan.- University platform: Professional development opportunities for employees at different stages of their careers, acknowledging diverse career paths.- Celebrations & Fun.
