Project Engineer / Project Manager – Opere Pubbliche – Rimini-Cesena ️ Hai esperienza nella gestione tecnica e amministrativa di commesse pubbliche? Ti piacerebbe seguire progetti complessi su più cantieri.IMS Srl, società di consulenza ingegneristica, ricerca per un progetto in collaborazione con un'importante azienda cliente operante nel settore dell'edilizia civile, un/una Project Engineer/Project Manager – Opere Pubbliche da inserire su quattro commesse attive a Rimini/Cesena. Cosa farai nel ruolo di Capo Commessa ONSITE: Gestirai l'intero processo tecnico-operativo e amministrativo delle commesse pubbliche Coordinerai maestranze, subappaltatori e assistenti di commessa Monitorerai l'andamento tecnico ed economico dei cantieri, nel rispetto dei vincoli contrattuali Sarai l'interfaccia diretta con Direzione Lavori, clienti e stakeholder Redigerai specifiche tecniche per acquisti, curando l'allineamento tecnico Gestirai la contabilità lavori pubblici secondo la normativa vigente Cosa cerchiamo per il ruolo di Capo Commessa ONSITE: Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Civile o titolo equivalente Almeno 10 anni di esperienza complessiva nel settore, di cui 2-4 in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente nel contesto pubblico, l'esperienza in gestione di cantieri come scuole, ospedali e carceri sarà considerata un plus Competenze solide in ambito civile, strutturale e impiantistico Esperienza nella gestione di cantieri attivi al pubblico durante esecuzione dei lavori Conoscenza approfondita delle normative su sicurezza cantieri, ambiente e gestione rifiuti Ottimo utilizzo di:• AutoCAD• Software per contabilità lavori (Primus, STR o equivalenti) Gradita conoscenza del BIM Patente B e disponibilità a spostamenti tra le sedi operative Titoli preferenziali: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Certificazione UNI 11648 Qualifica di Dirigente per la Sicurezza (I livello) Conoscenza dei CAM – Criteri Ambientali Minimi Soft Skills: Ottime capacità organizzative e di pianificazione Problem solving, autonomia e attenzione al risultato Spirito di iniziativa, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro in team Cosa offre l'azienda per il ruolo di Project Manager: Contratto di collaborazione (P.IVA o Co.Co.Co.)
