Our unique products empower developers to secure their IoT devices with cutting-edge technology in an easy and frictionless way.Job overview:We are looking for a Social & Community Manager to strengthen Exein's social media presence and develop community engagement within the global cybersecurity ecosystem. The role is part of the international Marketing team and involves close collaboration with colleagues across multiple markets and functions. You will be responsible for managing Exein's brand presence on LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Instagram with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and communication objectives. The role requires the ability to use precise and appropriate technical language to effectively engage a cybersecurity-aware audience. In addition, you will contribute to the development of visual assets and produce professional photo content in line with the company's quality standards. The position also requires attendance at industry events and company initiatives, providing on-site photography and live social media coverage when needed.Responsibilities:Own and manage the social content calendar across LinkedIn, Twitter/X and Instagram.Translate complex and highly technical topics into clear, engaging, and relevant content for diverse audiences.Support event-driven initiatives, product launches, and brand storytelling activities.Elaborate visual content formats in alignment with established brand guidelines.Shoot and edit professional-quality photographs during live events, conferences, and trade shows for the Company social channels.Collaborate on the creation of short-form video content for social platforms.Develop a deep understanding of the company's audience, stakeholders, and community.Monitor the cybersecurity landscape and interpret market news to communicate the company's perspective on key industry topics.Requirements:3-5 years of experience in social media and/or community management within B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or IoT environments.Strong writing, copywriting , and storytelling skills.Proven experience in building, growing, and managing online communities.Proven experience with LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and developer platforms.Professional-level photography skills.Full professional proficiency in English.Strongly Preferred:Professional design skills (Adobe, Figma, Canva).Professional video editing experience.Previous experience in the cybersecurity sector.Why Join Us:Join a dynamic and fast-growing company operating at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry, where innovation and impact go hand in hand.Play a key role in shaping the company's voice and thought leadership across global social media channels, engaging with a highly technical and influential audience.Work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that values creativity, strategic thinking, and high-quality execution.Gain direct exposure to industry experts, cutting-edge technologies, and major international events within the cybersecurity ecosystem.Grow professionally by expanding your skills across content strategy, storytelling, visual production, and community engagement in a B2B technology context.Location:This role is ideally suited for candidates based in Rome or open to relocating to Rome.Exein is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
