The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.Your responsibilities will include1. Market Support & Commercial ExecutionServe as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needsManage the commercialization process for new SKUs, including MDM governance, SKU creation steps, and delivery of launch assetsFacilitate communication between markets and HQ to address requests, remove blockers, and ensure alignment2. Project Deployment & Portfolio DefinitionWork with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to marketsBuild and maintain the Base Model Catalogue, defining SKU architecture and feature combinationsDevelop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputsEnsure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plans3. Commercial Strategy & Range ManagementAnalyze range logic, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate SKU efficiency to guide market decisionsOrganize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integrationProvide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partners4. Strategic Communication & Leadership SupportPrepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performanceHighlight key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to strengthen decision-makingMinimum requirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field3+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis or similar rolesFluent English and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointPreferred skills and experiencesExperience in consumer durables, consumer electronics, or consultingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate information into clear actionsUnderstanding of commercial dynamics, pricing logic, and portfolio managementExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across countriesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
