We're looking for a skilled freelance AI/ML Engineer to support us in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions that tackle complex real-world challenges. What You'll DoDesign and deploy AI models for complex business problemsFine-tune LLMs (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon) for domain-specific tasksBuild and manage data pipelines for model training and inferenceDevelop scalable model deployment strategies in production environmentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered applicationsMonitor model performance and optimize for accuracy and efficiencyStay up to date with the latest in AI, LLMs, and model optimization What We're Looking ForBachelor's in Computer Science or related field3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML systemsStrong Python skills with PyTorch and/or TensorFlowExperience with transformers and LLMsFamiliarity with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation)Solid grasp of MLOps and deployment workflowsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBonus Points (Preferred)Master's degree in AI, ML, or related areaExperience with Vision-Language Models (VLMs) and multimodal AIKnowledge of embeddings, vector DBs, and semantic searchFamiliarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG techniquesExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, Azure)Industrial domain experience is a plus
