Your Role, Your ImpactDesign safe and reliable mechanical structures for rolling stock applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with quality and industry standards in all structural designs.
Optimize designs for manufacturability, performance, and sustainability.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within structural design practices and processes.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What You BringDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field; experience with Railway design is appreciated.
Strong experience with CAD tools and structural design principles.
Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical analysis.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, are required; knowledge of Italian is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment and to coordinate small operational cells.
Attention to detail and a passion for sustainable engineering solutions.
