Ali Professional is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the cycling industry, for the role of:Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist Our client is an iconic Italian brand, world leader in production and sales of components and premium bicycle frames. In this role, you will be the pivot point between demand planning and operational execution, ensuring our supply chain remains lean, cost-effective, and resilient. The ideal candidate blends strategic sourcing with technical expertise in ERP systems and data analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesForecast demand and plan inventory levels using MRP logic to find the optimal balance between cost reduction and service excellence.Oversee end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring materials and services are acquired on time and within budget.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and rigorously monitor vendor performance.Manage and update product data within SAP to ensure system accuracy.Implement and maintain ERP/Supply Chain Management systems to streamline workflows.Partner with Production, Sales, and Finance teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.Proactively identify vulnerabilities in the supply chain and develop robust contingency plans.Analyze KPIs including order accuracy, lead times, inventory turnover, and production output.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, or planning.Experience in the Cycling, Automotive, or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.Fluent English (B2/C1)Technical SkillsProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Specific experience with SAP Business One (B1) is a significant plus.Hands-on experience with MRP parameters, safety stock logic, and SCM methodologies.Technical Data Skills: Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage/use SQL queries are required.Strong statistical forecasting skills and the ability to process historical data.What We OfferPermanent contract, long-term collaboration within a stable yet fast-growing environment.Professional growth in a world-renowned company that is a symbol of Italian excellence and innovation.
