We work with ethical materials, made to order pieces and clients who appreciate individuality, not mass production.We are expanding our bussines and are looking for an experienced independent sales agent to represent Capucinne in USA and European marketsRole Overview We are looking for an independent sales agent who already has or can build strong relationships withindependent jewelry storesluxury boutiques and concept storeshotel and resort gift shops and gallerieswedding and engagement related partnersYour focus is to open new wholesale and retail accounts, grow repeat business and position Capucinne as a go-to brand for unique engagement rings and fine jewelry.This role is fully commission-based with an attractive commission structure and performance bonuses.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential retail and wholesale partners in USA or EUPresent the Capucinne brand, collections and custom possibilities in a clear and confident waySecure new stockists, shop in shop placements and trunk show opportunitiesMaintain regular follow up with existing partners and grow order volumeCollect feedback from stores and clients and share it with our HQ teamCoordinate with our team on samples, lookbooks, training and marketing materialRepresent the brand at relevant local events or trade opportunities where appropriateIdeal ProfileProven experience in fine jewelry or luxury fashion salesExisting network of buyers or store owners is a strong advantageComfortable selling higher price point products and explaining craftsmanship and gemstonesEntrepreneurial mindset, you work independently and manage your own pipelineExcellent communication and relationship building skillsReliable, professional and aligned with a premium brand imageWhat We OfferAttractive commission structure with no earnings capAdditional bonuses for key account wins and sales milestonesStrong brand story, high quality product and marketing support from our teamProfessional product training on designs, gemstones and customizationLong term partnership potential as we grow our US and EU presenceTerritoryUSA and EUHow to ApplyPlease senda short introduction of your experienceexamples of brands you currently represent or have representeda brief overview of your network To the email: primoz@capucinne.com
