Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Finance ManagerYour Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will support business controlling team in the daily activities proposing and implementing innovative solutions to improve continuously. With the help and supervision of controlling team you will support management through analysis with the scope to understand trends and financial areas of strength and weakness. - Work model: #LI-Hybrid In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Developing with the controlling team new solutions to arrive to a system of controlling and internal reporting more automatic and efficientSupporting to all the controlling team and to the business in daily analysis of financial key data as volumes, margins or costs with a critical view to understand what can be done better or support in preparation of financial presentationsSupporting in Month end closing activities and in planning activities of forecast and budget activitiesFocusing on specific controlling projects to define together time by timeQualifications for the RoleBachelor's Degree in Economics or in Management EngineeringKnowledge of the MS Office Package ( especially Excel ) , not mandatory but considered as value added knowledge of SAP system or AI / PBI KnowledgeYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spokenMindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement , ability to work in a teamBenefitsLocally, you can count on:Flexibility and work-life balance: Flexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work-life integration.Meal allowance: Access to canteenMore about usABB's Distribution Solutions Division facilitates the efficient and reliable distribution, protection and control of power by improving electric power quality while strengthening the resilience of the grid.
