This Position reports to
EL Product Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilities In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: Developing and implementing marketing strategies in line with global directives, tailoring product positioning and value propositions for local markets and segments. Driving go-to-market execution, including the preparation of technical and commercial offers, and ensuring achievement of budgeted volumes and profitability targets in assigned countries. Supporting sales efforts by aligning on strategic opportunities, guiding sales channels, and ensuring effective execution through sales tools, materials, and coordination.
Conducting market and competitor analysis, identifying customer needs, and maintaining strong communication with local Sales teams and customers to drive impactful marketing initiatives. Managing project pipelines and reporting Qualifications for the role You have at least 2 years of experience in relevant field You present a mindset to innovate, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement You are able to work with product management methodologies Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Marketing You are at ease communicating in Italian and English You are proficient in Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI is preferred. Problem solving, willingness to work in a multicultural team and motivation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit will complete your profile.
