We foster a culture of resilience, challenge, respect, excellence, and change, empowering our diverse workforce to achieve remarkable outcomes.Job Description Junior Project Manager 12/12/2025 Job Description: We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our M Renewables team in Milan, part of our Italian subsidiary.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and proactive individual who wishes to develop a career in the renewable energy sector and gain hands-on experience in project management.Your role will encompass:Supporting the Project Manager and wider team in coordinating renewable energy projects from early development to completion.Assisting in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Taking part in site visits and surveys to collect information about local conditions and suppliers.Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to review project documentation and client requirements.Helping prepare project budgets, reports, and progress documentation.Supporting procurement activities and contract preparation for suppliers and subcontractors.Ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with company QHSE standards.Contributing to the successful handover of projects to the internal O&M team.What you bring to the role:Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).Some previous internship or initial experience in project coordination, engineering, or renewable energy is a plus.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Enthusiasm for learning and developing project management skills in a dynamic environment.Good knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken).Familiarity with MS Office tools; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.Your benefits:Attractive remuneration packageFriendly and professional working environmentContinuous trainingCooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increase productivity.Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest newsWe respect your personal data.
