Job Description SummaryAs Rotating Components Manufacturing Engineer, you will define projects with moderate up to high complexity. You will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesCollaborate in the definition and control production process, including tooling and equipmentValidate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools or equipmentExecute routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and contributes to technological developments in the teamWork together with people from the business unitDevelop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), document process changes, drive process/fixture improvements, drive lead and cycle time improvements, cost of Quality (COQ) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actionsParticipate in LEAN initiatives and engage Six Sigma tools for process improvementsQualifications/RequirementsMaster's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree with a relevant work experiencePrevious experience in production/manufacturing domainProven analytical and organizational abilitiesFluent Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsMechanical background/Degree is preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impactAbility to coordinate several projects simultaneouslyEffective problem identification and solution skillsWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes hybrid work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
