Role Overview and Job ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join Prysmian's Global Indirect Materials team in Milan. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement supporting our Global Sustainability initiatives as well as our global categories managed from HQ (i.e. IT, Utilities, Capital Expenditure (Capex) & Transportation). The intern will work closely with the global commodity leaders and PMO to support the ongoing projects and initiatives prioritized. Initial areas of focus will be:Sustainability: govern execution of processes & reporting requirements for procurementCommodity/Project Support: hands-on support on day to day on the commodities including our vendor management platform and related projects. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.Good English knowledgeAnalytic mindset, attention to details, precisionNetworking, attitude to communication and coordination skillsPrysmian , as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
