Join us in redefining the boundaries of what's possible.Your role We are looking for a Global Contact Lenses Sourcing Project Manager who will lead strategic sourcing initiatives and manage global projects related to contact lenses sourcing at cross-regional level. This role ensures cost optimization, supplier financial performance, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards while driving data-driven insights through advanced reporting and analytics.Main responsibilities: • Project Managemento Lead global sourcing projects for contact lenses from initiation to completion.o Coordinate cross-functional teams (Strategy, DTC, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance).o Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier innovation.• Reporting & Analyticso Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sourcing KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance, compliance).o Perform spend analysis, market trend analysis, and risk assessments.o Utilize advanced tools (Power BI, SAP, Excel) for data visualization and predictive analytics.o Price maintenance working with Sourcing Controlling• Supplier Relationship Managemento Maintain strong partnerships with key suppliers.o Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality and sustainability standards.Main requirements:o Data-driven mindset.o Strategic thinking and problem-solving.o Ability to work in a global, matrixed environment.o Results-oriented with attention to detail.o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.o Excellent communication and stakeholder management.o Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).o Advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools o Experience in medical devices or contact lenses industry preferredOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
