For our expanding business in Italy, we are looking for a skilled and committed Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d) to join our team in Milan and oversee complex electrical installations on-site across the country.Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesAs Construction Manager Electrical, you will be the on-site lead for electrical works, collaborating closely with our technical teams. Your responsibilities include:Reviewing and evaluating the working methods of electrical subcontractorsVerifying compliance with design and project specificationsEnsuring high-quality execution of electrical installationsMonitoring progress and adherence to system completion schedulesReviewing test procedures and documentationCoordinating with other site supervisors (mechanical, instrumentation & control, process, etc.)Liaising with engineering and technical departmentsAttending and reporting on technical meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholdersPreparing and maintaining inspection checklists, field reports, and documentationShow your expertiseTechnical diploma or university degree in Electrical EngineeringSeveral years of experience in electrical site supervision or construction managementSolid knowledge and hands-on experience with:Medium- and low-voltage systems (transformer stations, switchgear, distribution)Fire protection, gas detection, and alarm systemsExperience with general controls and regulation and building automation (PLCs, regulators, air conditioning systems, etc.)Strong sense of responsibility, structured work approachExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to travel and work on projects throughout ItalyFluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level)What we offerInvolvement in high-impact, future-oriented industrial projectsDynamic, international work environmentFlat hierarchies and fast decision-making processesPersonal and professional development opportunitiesStructured workflows and modern project toolsContact:You want to be part of the Exyte team?
