As Intern - Risk Management you will support each department and/or function with the identification of risks and opportunities, monitoring the actual achievement of the mitigation plans.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesAssist Functional Risk Management (FRM) to highlight the potential risks according to the specificity of the eventBe involved in Configuration Control ManagementHelp keep the issued Risk Register up to date from an admin standpointLearn how to update the Official Document (Risk-Sheet), where each Risk Structured methodology is collectedHelp analyze and document risks and opportunities within a process and identify actions to mitigate those risksLearn how to evaluate and resolve manufacturing material quality and supply issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectivelyQualifications/RequirementsBachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering field, preferably in Management EngineeringKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially ExcelFluent in Italian and good level of EnglishStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insightsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environmentPassion for technology, willingness to learn from othersWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsMotivated, focused on achieving goals, and able to perform effectively in ambiguous situationsCollaborative mindset with good communication skills to work across functionsPrevious experience in quality or energy field or in a similar roleInclusion & DiversityAvio Aero is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and we are strongly committed to maintain an inclusive and diverse environment.
