What are your responsibilitiesTogether with experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for on-site machines installation, commissioning, final testing in-house and\or at customer premises In addition, you will carry out the general after-sales assistance, i.e. preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on ensuring the end customer production will restart asapWhat we appreciate about youYou have a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronic \ Telecommunications \ Electronics \ Computer Science Engineer fieldIdeally, you have basic knowledge of one between: Computer System Validation, Data Integrity, GAMP, Validation of industrial processes\machines, image processing (e.g. parameterization of automatic inspection tools), computer networks (i.e. LAN, VPN), fundamentals of Optics (i.e. adjusting apertures\focuses, setting up cameras and illuminators)Very important are the abilities to read electrical\mechanical drawings, the use of the major Microsoft Office applications and good manual dexterity in the use of both hand and power toolsProviding great customer service is fundamental to this roleYou enjoy working with customers and suppliers in an international environmentEnglish speaking is for you a sure statement (at least B1).
