What you will dotesa , one of the world's leading manufacturers of self-adhesive products and system solutions, is seeking an engineer to support Team Process for a dedicated assortment, driving process performance, optimization, and innovation of coating process within a dynamic team environment. Teamwork is one key for our success. The candidate will report directly to the Team Leader Process.As a Junior Process Engineer you have to ensure the repeatability and optimization of production processes, guaranteeing the appropriate level of quality and productivity. In this role, you'll contribute to:Supporting the team Process, ensuring the repeatability and optimization of production processes, guaranteeing the appropriate level of quality and productivity;Monitoring key performance indicators (KPI) of the production process (scrap, productivity, deviations from production standards, non-conformities, and complaints);Identify optimal line settings to ensure repeatability in production processes while maintaining quality and production standards;Ensure the adequacy and timely updates of specific production operating instructions and manufacturing instructions for each approved product;Take part to the root-causes analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive measures upon quality deviations, according to the "8D" and "failure analysis" processes;With your motivation and technical skills, you can help us drive tesa 's growth with new solutions. We look forward to receiving your application.What you will needBachelor orMaster's degree in Materials, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Chemistry1-2 years of experience (internships or thesis projects count) in an industrial or manufacturing setting;Proficiency in written and spoken EnglishFamiliarity with tools like DoE, FMEA, SPC and time&methodsGood analytical and problem-solving skills.
