This internship offers hands-on experience in purchasing operations, with a strong focus on data-driven reporting and process optimization.Key Performance AreasManage the ARIBA platform and related requests (Purchase Orders, One-Time Vendors, new vendor onboarding, etc.);Maintain and develop reporting dashboards (Power BI, spend analysis, savings tracking, open POs, etc.);Support the finalization of supply contracts and manage approval workflows via DocuSign;Contribute to vendor segmentation and performance monitoring (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews);Participate in innovation and sustainability initiatives across categories such as Gifts & Premiums, Visual Merchandising, and Print.RequirementsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills;Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint;Fluency in English and Italian;Excellent planning and prioritization abilities;Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a passion for learning.What do we offer?A hands-on training experience with a comprehensive view of procurement in a global beauty companyA dynamic and inclusive environment where your ideas and contributions truly matterThe opportunity to work on impactful projects with both local and international teams.If you are looking for an opportunity to grow, learn, and challenge yourself in the world of luxury beauty, apply now
