Protagonista dei principali programmi strategici a livello globale, è partner tecnologico e industriale di Governi, Amministrazioni della Difesa, Istituzioni e imprese.All'interno dell'Area Sostenibilità di Corporate, stiamo ricercando una persona per il ruolo di Climate and Environmental Strategy & Project Specialist, per la nostra sede di Roma, Piazza Monte Grappa.La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Contribuire all'implementazione del Piano di Transizione aziendale, con particolare focus sulle iniziative e sui progetti ambientali (Decarbonizzazione, Energia, Acqua, Rifiuti, Economia Circolare, Biodiversità);Supportare la definizione, gestione e monitoraggio di progetti di business sostenibile, con riferimento specifico alle iniziative ambientali;Favorire la condivisione delle best practice in ambito di sostenibilità ambientale tra le Divisioni e le Funzioni Corporate;Supportare la predisposizione di documentazione e materiali di comunicazione relativi ai progetti ambientali del Piano di Sostenibilità;Partecipare a gruppi di lavoro interni ed esterni, collaborando con consulenti e stakeholder, e contribuire alla preparazione di report e linee di azione.Titolo di studio:Laurea magistrale, preferibilmente in discipline economiche o relazioni internazionali;Costituiscono titolo preferenziale dottorati di ricerca o master in ambito sostenibilità o relazioni internazionali.Seniority:Senior: 5 - 10 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in ambito sostenibilità o relazioni internazionali.Conoscenze e competenze tecniche:Ottime capacità di scrittura e redazione di contenuti in italiano e in inglese, con attitudine ad adattare stile, linguaggio e struttura ai diversi contesti e obiettivi di comunicazione;Conoscenza delle principali regolazioni in materia di sostenibilità;Esperienza di gestione relazioni con istituzioni internazionali.Soft Skills:Ottime capacità di comunicazione e spiccate doti relazionali;Orientamento agli obiettivi;Capacità di problem solving;Attitudine proattiva e orientata all'innovazione;Capacità di lavorare in team;Facilità ad interagire sia con partner esterni che con le altre Funzioni Aziendali.Conoscenze linguistiche:Ottima conoscenza dell'Inglese, scritto e parlato (almeno C1)Seniority: ExpertPrimary Location: IT - Roma - Monte GrappaContract Type:PermanentHybrid Working:Hybrid
