You will be part of a team that values innovation and encourages new ideas, allowing you to make a meaningful impact from day one.Responsibilities- Collaborate with various departments to gather information on existing processes.- Conduct value stream mapping to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.- Document workflows and create process maps using BPM tools (such as Signavio, Visio or others).- Assist in analyzing and redesigning processes for better performance.- Present findings and recommendations to the team.- Support in creating a process repository for easy access and continuous improvement.QualificationsYou have:Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and departments.Curiosity and ability to screen the market ecosystem on state-of-the-art process management.Excellent English and communication skills (both written and verbal).Ongoing degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.It would be nice if you also had:Basic understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) concepts and methodologies.Familiarity with process mapping techniques and tools (e.g. flowcharts).Experience with process mapping tools (desirable but not mandatory).About UsAdvancing connectivity to secure a brighter world.
