For more information, please visit www.brightstarlottery.com.Macroprogetto di riferimentoSupportare il team Procurement nella gestione di attività sia ordinarie che straordinarie legate all'implementazione, al go live e all'hypercare della piattaforma Ariba.Principali attivitàSupportare le attività ordinarie di :analisi richieste di acquisto ed emissione ordini;richieste offerte a fornitori e analisi;gestione step amministrativi richiesti dal processo e dalle procedure applicabili.Supporrtare le attività progettuali tra cui principalmente:test di funzionalità sulla nuova piattaforma;migrazione dei fornitori, loro enablement e migrazione dei contratti;training;riqualifica fornitori attuali sulla nuova piattaforma.Obiettivi del tirocinioAcquisire competenze nella gestione dei principali processi di procurement e nel funzionamento della nuova piattaforma.Principali competenze da acquisireAttività tipiche di un precesso di acquisto: gestione PR, emissione PO, gestione RFP, gestione contratti;Attività tipiche del processo di prequalifica e qualifica;Attività di enablement dei fornitori;Modalità di storicizzazione dei contratti;Modalità di pianificazione ed erogazione training.RequisitiLaurea magistrale in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o Giurisprudenza;Inglese fluente (minimo C1);Conoscenza intermediate di Excel.Modalità di svolgimentoIbrido: presenza in ufficio + smartworking fino a 11 giorni al mese.Tirocinio extracurriculare della durata di 6 mesi.Success Profile• Leading Complexity• Leading People• Leading the Business• Leading Self#LI-JB1 #LI-HybridBrightstar is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, and to creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
