Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.We are currently looking for a Lean Process Engineer.How will you contribute:Reporting to the Lean Manager, the candidate we are looking for will be in charge of the following activities:Designing and implementing projects with the aim of reducing lead time and, in general, improving production KPIsDriving and supporting the process of continuous improvement of the areaAnalysis of times & methodsAnalysing and optimizing current technical processesImplementing projects of process automationPromote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of organizationWho you are:2/3 years of professional experience gained in a similar role within structurd companies;knowledge of the Lean methodology applied to manufacturing environments;Master's degree in technical field, preferably in Engineering;Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;Teamwork and good communicational skills;Training and coaching skills;Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office and of business management systems;Fluent in Italian and English;Lean certification is a plus.Why work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
